Have been buying SOP beer for a while now and like the variety in the build a box

Have been buying SOP beer for a while now and like the variety in the build a box. Would like the ability to change the beer type in the subscription order though. ie: change sun breaker for chocolate stout over the winter.
Also I have found the IPA often foams badly on opening the can. Is this normal?
