My doctor told me "change your lifestyle or else.. there's some good non-alc beer nowadays.." My latest cholesterol results are in and I'm stoked- a direct reduction in LDLs after 3 months. It feels great after trying everything else diet related for 2 years to achieve an indisputable result + it tastes good. Just need to find a healthier carrot cake next...😁
